I purchased Norton mobile security via the app store. Unfortunately, the next day my phone crashed and I had to reinstall the OS and apps. I went to the app store and I didn't see my app listed as "purchased" as I used to see for my other apps I purchased. So I could only download the lite version (18.104.22.1684) and I sent a mail trough Google wallet. The original purchase was done on Aug 23 (second attempt). FYI, I purchased a second license on the 26th of august for my new tablet.
How to get a refundf or how to activate my purchased license?
Where can I find a manual for this app? All links don't work - the support URL listed in the app directs to a non existing page.

they will be able to resolve the issue for you.

They are always great at fixing product key and renewal issues. :-)
Make sure you have the Google Play Store order receipt handy for
the original purchase of the NMS upgrade.

Indeed I contacted Norton via the chat services and the problem is solved! Thanks a lot for the advice and the good service! If somebody would be able to point me to the manual for Norton Mobile Security V 2.0 than I would be completely happy!

Delighted to hear that your problem is solved.
As for the manual - there is not one. However if you follow the links in smithy's post (just above your last one) that might help, or if you open NMS and at the first screen hit the menu button you should get a number of options including "Help & Support" choosing that will give you some information and give you another link which is:
If you want some further information about the Anti-Theft features go back to the main screen and select "Set Up Anti-Theft" that should take you to a two part screen. The top is for the Web base Anti-Theft plugin and the lower half is the "SMS Anti-Theft Status". When on this screen select the menu button and you will get a pop-up at the bottom of the screen which says "How does this work?". Hitting this bar will give you some more information on the Anti-Theft features.
Other than that.... Well you could always come back here and ask. We will always do our best to help.
