Trouble is when you go to the email section it keeps asking for a product code which NMS does not seem to have on Android tablets.
I would love to get the key and build as per the post!
How did they solve the others users problem earlier in the post re the private message?

I do not know what was in Erik's private email and as I said, I believe he is away.
I believe that the link Jon posted should get you a solution. When I follow the links in Jon's post I get options of an email link and a phone link. If you are having problems with the email link why not try the phone link?

Sorry I got your name wrong in the last post!
I have just tried the links again and note a CHAT option. I think you will find that that does not ask for a serial number or anything other than a brief description of the problem. So hopefully that will work without you having to make a phone call.

Where you able to get in touch with support? As Mike mentioned Chat is usually the better option as opposed to email. You mentioned the form asking for a serial number, could you send me the link to this form as that should not be something we should be requiring from customers.

I did a chat to support and they took all my details etc.
No resolution to date - they said they would get back to me.
