I am starting my own mobile PC technician service, and I was wanting to get some recommendations as to what I should purchase in the way of tools. So far I have the following:
Basic tool kit (screwdrivers, screws, etc..)
Network cable, crimper, connectors, etc...
Hard drives (for data cloning and backup)
Adaptors (To convert serial ata/IDE to usb, etc...)
Blank media (CD's, Floppy disks)
What other suggestions would you guys make? Also, is Norton Ghost the best cloning software (that's all I've ever used), or could you recommend something better for hard drive cloning and backup? Thanks a million!

Welcome to the Community.
This forum is for the discussion of issues relating to a particular piece of Norton Software, namely Norton Mobile Security, which is primarily used on Android smart phones.
If you have a general technical enquiry you might like to try posting in the Tech Outpost which can be found in the Off topics section - here. However you need to be aware that apart from the Norton Staff who patrol these forums to give advice and support on Norton products the rest of us give our time free and some may have second thoughts about giving direct guidance on how others may make money. Or was that a million "$" that you were offering for the information? ;-)
Good luck in your venture.
