hi any one have purchased norton security have downloaded apps from phone all is ok except cannot activate activation code anyone what i can do i only have 3 days left to activate code someone please help thanks

Did you purchase Norton Mobile Security from the Norton Online Store.?
Or was it purchased from a retail store outlet.?

HI i PURCHASED IT AT DICK SMITHS TOOK THE PONE BACK TO THEM THEY DOWNLOADED THE SECURITY BUT COULD NOT ACTIVATE THE ACTIVATION CODE THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR HELP WHAT SHOULD I DO

I cannot think of any issue with compatibility with your device as everything should be ok.
Did the staff at Dick Smith offer to replace the NMS Reatil pack as the product key may
If they will not replace the product as they might say that it could have been used already and
cannot supply a refund either, you might have to contact Norton Support directly to make use
of the 60 day full refund policy that Symantec Norton supplies to customers.
To contact the satff at Norton Support for free via Live Chat you can click on the link below-
Follow the steps and fill in the required deatils and select Live Chat.
In the end you might have to get the refund then purchase the product again perhaps using
the Norton Online Store Australia if this is your location.
The bonus of a Norton Online Store purchase is if you have a Norton Account the NMS product
will register there with the activation product key as well so if you ever loose the retail pack
your product key is always safe in your Norton Account.
Or perhaps purchase again from Dick Smith after the refund process or from another retail
outlet like Harvey Norman here, I only say this as i am pretty sure Dick Smith is only a
Australian retail chain as you purchased NMS from there so i figure you are in Au.

When you say that you cannot activate, what happens? Do you receive an error, if so what is that error? Where are you downloading the file from? Are you activating over 3G or Wifi?

Hi have download everything the only problem is when it says to activate now it times out therefore cannot put in activation code it times out then says try again later can you please help i only have 2 days to activate its 3g

Can you let us know what phone make, model and Android version you are using? Also, can you try to connect the phone to a WIFI connection to see if that allows you to activate? The 3G connection may not be strong enough when you are trying to activate.
