quick question

If my parents have Norton on their computer and have room to add a device, can I go on their account without having to pay to upgrade to the full version of Norton on my phone?

Re: quick question

Hi nointernetskill

Welcome to the Norton Community Forums.:smileyhappy:

If your parents have Norton One or Norton 360 Everywhere installed

on their computers and have a spare install available i would say yes

it is possible to install the full version of Norton Mobile Security on your

Android device.

But if they have Norton Interent Security, Norton AntiVirus or Norton

360 installed then it is not possible to use a spare install for your Android

device and the install of the full version of Norton Mobile Security.

Maybe the next time when your product is about to expire Norton One or

Norton 360 Everywhere might be worth purchasing as the complete

security package for Android , PC and Mac.

Hope that info helps to answer your question.

Just included couple of links to the Norton products mentioned above.:smileyhappy:

Norton One

Norton 360 Everywhere

Cheers.:smileywink:

Re: quick question

Hi noiternetskill.

smithy is correct - but if your parents do not have access to a license for NMS you can still download and use the free "Lite" version of NMS from Google Play.  This will give you a fair amount of protection.  It is just the full version that requires a license.
