A feature the shows a green yellow or red check mark or circle beside a apps name would be cool like the safe web feature on windows I guess it could be a new app or add it to nms

Hi andoridcool.

If you download an app from the Android Market with NMS previously installed, it will automatically scan the app and report if it thinks it is safe or not.  If you are distracted and miss the notification when it is flashed up in the notification bar you can always open NMS and look at the log.  I never start a new app without getting the all clear from NMS first.  Of course Norton cannot guarantee to get it right every time.  At some point a new bit of malware will get out that they have not encountered before but it still seems a fair guide. 

If NMS states it is not clean then you can uninstall before ever opening it.

Does that go some way toward the target you were aiming for?

Mike's correct about what we currently can do.  However, we are looking at what we can provide.  I'd say "stay tuned" to see what we release in the coming months, quarters, etc.
