Hi mhalizade
Welcome to the Norton Community Forums.![]()
A good program that alot of people on the web seem to use and i have
used my self before(In testing on my PC Hard drives) is Recuva from
the company Piriform and it is free.
http://www.piriform.com/recuva
From what i read on the web it can be used with a Micro SD memory card.
Might be worth a try, as you will have to dwonload it and install on your PC
then using a card reader attach your memory card to the PC and run the
program.
Hope that helps, good luck and let us know how you go as your feedback
may help another Android user with the same issue.
Cheers.![]()

Hi mhalizade,
What are you looking to get back that you wiped?
If you havent done an SD card format but only just a normal wipe then all of the data is actually left on the SD card (internal or external).
I have personally tried using Recuva on my Galaxy after i deleted a video and wanted to get it back, unfortunately after waiting for a while for it to scan, it prompted me to pay for a licence to recover any files, and the video i deleted was not there either.
In future if you want to keep your apps backed up and you havent rooted your phone you could try Mybackup Pro which is fairly handy.
Good luck with it!

Hi all
Just did a test on my Samsung Galaxy test phone and found that the SMS remote command
feature of Wipe with Norton Mobile Security will format the external Micro SD memory card,
the Sim Card and will format all contacts in the Gmail account linked to the device and also
clear all SMS Messages and Call History.
Cheers.
