The issues that we've reproduced have been fixed for Ice Cream Sandwich.  Any issues that may occur that we haven't seen yet haven't been fixed of course.

ec's last (and only) post about new releases was on 1/12/12 (about the build 392 release) and only says "addresses a problem _purchasing_ NMS Lite from the Android market."  Nothing about any fixes for Android OS itself.

On the Android Market for NMS, the "What's New" tab only says: No major recent changes to NMS Lite.  There's no date associated with that info.

When was this release that "fixes ICS" (date please)?

Build 392 was the update that addressed the major issues that we found with ICS.  The release date was 1/12.  After release there were some comments that we not able to pin down about issues occurring on ICS, but without these details we have nothing to "fix."  To date, we've fixed the issues we've seen on ICS.
