Also, they didn't charge you for any add-ons like "longer battery life" or anything like that? The current thinking is that the value we're reading is set in the factory when the device is manufactured. The team is still investigating though. I'll see if there's anything that we might need from you to help investigate this.

Ignore my last. If you could install the Android SDK we could collect a file to see what is set on your device. It wiould help in our diagnosis.

I'll send you a private message with the command to use once you have the SDK installed on your PC and that you can connect to your device.

MadJoe,
We do have some info we can collect to determine why we are getting the wrong value. I'm sending you a private message with steps you can run with the Android SDK to get a file we'll need to analyze.

Hi Eric
Apologies for the massive delay, have emailed you the adb pull of battery stats. Hope it helps.

Thanks Spyder. I'll pass it along to the developer to take a look.

Hi Erik
Realise this was a while ago, just wondering if there's any update?
Thanks

So far no news. It's not looking very good. For some reason the battery capacity information looks to be set in the factory. I know it doesn't make much sense, but we're still investigating if there is anything that can be done to detect the capacity of the battery. It may take some time. I apologize for not giving an update sooner.
