Build 104 was just posted which may address your issue. Could you check with this build?

My Virgin Mobile account just entered a new billing cycle today, with no usage so far -- and, as far as I know, my phone hasn't downloaded the new Build 104 update yet (but I'm sure it will within the next day or two).
So, I'll check it out in 2-3 weeks when my call usage has mounted to something significant for the month.
