What's the othher App?  You could test with it uninstalled.  It probably isnt, but it doesn't hurt to try.  If it still doesn't work, can you run CatLog and let me know the log size?

The other app is 3g Watchdog. I will try removing it.

Removing the other app didn't help. I reinstalled NMU after removing the other app. I started up catlog, waited about 5 minutes, enabled mobile data, ran a weather app, disabled mobile data and stopped catlog. The catog file size is 141K.
