App still counting wrong the data when phone is set to wifi hotspot to share internet with other devices.

Thanks for that heads up.  If the team are to sort it out it would be helpful to have a little more detail of exactly what you have noted and how you know there is an error.  

Also given that NMU non Beta has only just hit Google Play can you confirm that you are using NMU non beta and not the old version?

I know is an error because i run 3G watchdog and can compare the results with my carrier report, 3G watchdog match ... but norton utilities is wrong by almost the double, again this ONLY happens when the phone is used to hotspot to share internet with another device.

I have the Lite version 2.0.0.232

If it was intended for Norton Staff - they may be able to read it but I am not sure.  I suspect it is because you are referring to the old beta forum which is unfortunately now closed.

Do you have catlogs using the Lite version?  We'd need logs from the latest version in order to investigate.

Just now i have a log from beta version, the effect is exactly the same.

We'll need to make sure we have logs from 2.0 and not the Beta.  There are differences in that module between the two versions . Otherwise the differences between the two could point to the incorrect root cause for what you are seeing.

I just wanted to check with you.  We'll really need logs from a 2.0 install as opposed to the Beta.  Could you attach updated logs and I will send those along right away.

Initital data:

3G watchdog : 1.14 gb

NU: 107.9 MB

final data:

3G watchdog: 1.23 GB

NU: 375 MB

Consumed:

3G W: 90 MB

NU: 267.1 MB

NU is counting 177 MB more.
