I have just purchased the full version of Norton Mobile Utilities and Task Killer from Google Play for my Tablet and so far so good, However, it does not appear on my phone all that is there is the lite version I have switched my phone off and on again but that is all that I have. Why is this? Must I pay £8 for every android device? NOT VERY GOOD If so I would like a refund on my purchase.
I will seriously re-consider renewing my Anti-virus subscription for my PC!!

Not quite clear what the problem is. Have you got Norton Mobile Utilities and Task Killer loaded on two phones, one of which you have paid for the upgrade and can see the features and the other not?
If you have paid for the full version then you should have all the functionality. If you have paid and have not got the full functionality then that is definitely a fault and we will try to help getting it resolved.
However I believe that the payment is per device, much as it is with normal PC software licenses. So paying on one device would not get it upgraded on the other.
If you do feel that you have paid for the upgrade under a misunderstanding then I would suggest that you contact the Norton Chat line (a free, live internet service) explain your concerns and ask for a refund. If you have full details of your purchase (receipt etc.) then there should be no problem.
