The "Buddy Unlock" feature has been discontinued from Norton Mobile Security 3.0 and later versions. Now you can unlock your locked phone by typing your four digit Anti-Theft passcode on the lock screen.
If you do not remember your passcode, you can sign in to the Norton Mobile Security website using your Norton Account credentials and view the passcode.
