If you are having a problem completing the order for Norton Mobile Security at Android Market, make sure that you have good signal strength for the network that you are using (3G or Wi-Fi) to access the Internet. If you are using a Wi-Fi network, try switching to a 3G network or vice versa.
If the problem persists, try clearing the cache of Android Market and Norton Mobile Security app before you purchase it again.
- On the Home screen, tap Settings.
- Tap Applications.
- Tap Manage Applications.
- From the list of applications, tap Market.
If you cannot find Market app listed, tap the All tab or press the Menu key, and then tap Filter > All.
- Tap Force Stop, and then tap Clear Cache and Clear Data.
- Press the Back key to return to the Manage applications list.
- From the list of applications, tap Norton Security.
- Tap Force Stop, and then tap Clear Cache and Clear Data.
- Exit the Application settings.
