After installing Norton Mobile Security on your device, you can edit the Buddy list to add or remove contacts.

To add a contact to Buddies:

1. Start the Norton Mobile Security app.
2. Tap Anti-Theft.
3. Type your password, and then tap OK.
4. On your device, press the Menu key, and then tap View Buddies.
5. Tap Add Buddy.
6. From the contact list, select the contacts that you want to add.
   You can add up to 5 contacts to Buddies.
7. Tap Done.
   List of your Buddies is displayed.
8. Tap Done.

To remove a contact from Buddies:

1. Start the Norton Mobile Security app.
2. Tap Anti-Theft.
3. Type your password, and then tap OK.
4. On your device, press the Menu key, and then tap View Buddies.
5. Deselect the contacts that you want to exclude from Buddies.
6. If you want to remove a contact completely from Buddies, tap Add Buddy. From the contact list, deselect the contact that you want to remove, and then tap Done.
7. Tap Done.

With Norton Mobile Security 2.5, there are some changes made to the buddy list feature. Now, it is mandatory to add at least one contact to the buddy list when you set up the SMS Anti-Theft feature. You can add up to 3 contacts to the buddy list.

To add or remove a contact from the buddy list:

1. Start the Norton Mobile Security app.
2. Tap Anti-Theft.
3. Under SMS Anti-Theft status, tap the lock icon.
4. Type your Anti-Theft password, and then tap OK.
5. Tap Change Buddies.
6. Do one of the following:
   
   • To add a contact, tap the plus sign (+), and then tap a contact from the contact list.
   • To remove a contact, tap the minus sign (-) next to the contact in buddy list.
     Note: The buddy list cannot be empty. You must have at least one contact in the buddy list. You can add up to 3 contacts to the buddy list.
7. Tap Done.
