Accessing online back

Our family comåputer crashed and we lost everything on the hard disk. I can see a lot of files are on the Norton Back when I sign in but I have been trying for weeks to actually download some of the files (jpg photo) and almost every time my computer either crashes or freezes. And it happens regardless of what computer I try this on. I have also tried to figure out how to call Norton support but again the window freezes when I try and do a call me command. I have in Denmark... not sure if that matters but I am getting desperate. Any solutions?
