Norton Online Backup

I would like to add some Norton online back up storage that I purchased on Ebay.  I currently have Online back up but need more storage.  I bought another Norton Online backup activation code.  Can I use this to add to my current storage space?

Need to know:

where to add the new activation code?

will all my files be deleted from the current back up?

Is this possible?

Hi Suzi

     Welcome to the forums. You can activate the newly purchased Online Backup space from the online Backup Website. Please go here --> Sign in with your Norton Account email and password --> Click on the option Subscription info at the top --> Then select the option Activate Norton Online Backup --> Enter the New Product Code and activate the Backup Space.

     Are you using Norton Online Backup separately or using it through Norton360?

How many days remaining in your Norton online backup or Norton360?

Hi sue,

You can still have all the files intact and go for more storage backup.

As you have said you have already purchased it on Ebay you can use that from N360 - > backup -> Buy more storage.
