Awaiting Agent Backup ...

Since renewing NOBU at the weekend, I've had no success at all backing up.

 

I've installed/re-installed/rebooted etc. numerous times, but no success.  It just hangs on Awaiting Agent Backup.  I'm using a Mac (Lion 10.7.3).  I am using Norton Internet Security - I've double checked that NOBU is allowed through the firewall.

 

The other problem (and it may be related) is that, despite clearing the account down completely - it's still showing that I'm using 24GB of 55GB.  The 55GB comprises of the initial 5GB + 50GB add-on.  I'm not going to renew the 50GB add-on, so you can reset this back to the 5GB.

I've found that when you get that message you can let it run all night and it will still be awaiting agent backup.

 

I've also found a guaranteed way to solve the problem is to restart my computer!

 

Luckily all the other software on my computer doesn't require a restart before running.

Funny you should say that :smileyhappy: When I started up the machine yesterday, the backup completed successfully :smileysurprised:

The quota is still completely wrong though.
