I recently purchased Norton 360 Premier which comes with 22gb of backup storage. My backup account shows I've used over 70gb of space (yes - more than I even have!) - even though NOTHING is listed / stored in my account! I spent over 2 hours with "on line chat" help about 2 weeks ago - they finally agreed that is was wrong and said it would be fixed in 10 days - still not fixed. Any ideas? - don't want to sit on "chat" for hours again for them to not fix their problem.

Please send me the email address, via private message, tied to your Norton account. Also include a link to this forum post so I have a point of reference. Please also include if you had the service prior. That may explain where the space is coming from.

It's now fixed. The quota was not correct and has now been fixed.
