That error is telling you there was not enough memory (RAM) on your local machine to perform the backup operation. Can you tell us a little bit more about your system and the type/amount of data you are trying to back up?

Re: Backup fail - error A2202

Pretty old XP system SP3; 2.5GB RAM

I'm backing up MyDocuments - excluding video and music; lot of image files as well as excel; powerpoint etc.. It's been backing up with the same config successfully for the last year or so.

Re: Backup fail - error A2202

Because the backups are incremental each time you run a successive backup a little bit of additional information is invariably added to your data. It's possible that you have reached a point where there isn't enough memory to process new requests. Do you reboot your machine often or leave it running alway? Are there a lot of programs active on your machine which might be using up resources?
