Backup won't open

When I try to access Online Backup with either the desktop icon or from the Programs menu it will not open.

I can access my account on the internet but when I try to make some changes it gives me an error message that I have to be on the proper computer to make a change...even though I am on the proper computer.

Can you provide some technical info and we can troubleshoot from there:

 

    • What version of Windows are you running?
    • What web browser and version are you using?
    • Is this the only Computer you've added?
