Norton Online Backup

Hello,

I backed up my files to norton from this computer and now when i need to restore files to this computer norton back up says this computer is off line. How do I rectify this situation?

Can you please provide some more detail on the situation - are you restoring to the exact same computer you originally backed up from? The software has not been uninstalled? You're not restoring to another computer?
