Hi
If you are using Norton 360 package for Online Backup, you can delete the files through the Manage Backup sets UI
(Backup Pillar from the Main UI -> Manage Backup sets -> Where tab -> Choose the destination as Secure Online storage and Click on 'Delete backed up files' link present at the bottom of the page)
Or browse to this page https://nobu.backup.com/n360. Login using your Norton Account credentials. Look into this web page https://nobu.backup.com/OnlineHelp/en/wwhelp/wwhim
Hope this info helps you
Thanks

I also have a problem but I think is simpler than this but still troubling. I bought a new computer and have downloaded the activation trial which came with free 5 GB. When I found that the things are going right I downloaded Norton with 25GB. I cannot register with 25GB with auto backup option. It is just showing the message that it don’t have enough space anymore. My online page shows that I have only 5 GB of space.
Thanks,
Ronnie

After the chat team reloaded Norton 360 v6 twice. I have folders on Norton Back up that I can not remove. They are not on my computer. There does not seem to be a fix for this.

williams101 read this thread,by the way i was told by norton support that they are not folders they are shortcuts and cant be deleted from the norton online backup website.they are not taking up any space but makes your online backup page very confusing.
