Deleting online backups?

How would I delete my online backups? I would like to delete old backups. When I login in to my backup account online, there are two listed that I don't need with no option to delete? Any help?

Re: Deleting online backups?

There's another issue attached to this problem: 360 Premium includes online space, and it returns a suggestion that the user might want to delete files from that space when a backup set exceeds the amount available.  There seems to be no way to do this.  If that is not possible, the suggestion to delete should not be made.  I haven't seen any other information about the online space except the offer to buy more.  There seems to be no way for a 360 user to manage those sets.

Despite my "newbie" tag for this forum, I have been using Norton's products since the Utilities first hit the market.  I've never before encountered a dilemma like this online space issue.

Re: Deleting online backups?

Yes, ditto, both to using Norton since Norton Utilities and also to being bemused by htis question fo deleting backuo, which I just posted about in another forum and was moved here for better exposure.

MY only thought is that trimming the backup set might be the answer. Thus suppose your backuop set was originally folders {A B C} with the result that folders are now online, my hope is that by trimming the back up set to just {A}, then folders B and C might disappear when I run Backup.

That's what I'm going to try now.

Well I just tried that and it didn't work and I think it's because I've renamed my computer since I last did my backup.
