1. My windows XP computer had an unrecoverable blue screen, and fortunately or infortunately I had Norton back up. I bought an HP computer with core i7 3.4 mhz speed second generation. Now I am trying to rescue my Internet security settings from NOBU: IMPOSSIBLE not even the people from India could do it. After multiple phone calls and WASTED TIME, they were not able themselves not even with live chat and having full control of a brand new computer to do the recovery of my data. The download screen settings does not work either!!!
NORTON PEOPLE WHAT IS GOING ON!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YOU NEEED TO PUT YOUR ACT TOGETHER!!!!!!!
I should be able to download any file independently!!! the NOBU online help that comes with the program does not work just because the program itself does not work!!!!!!
NOT EVEN THE SUPER SENIOR TECHS FROM INDIA COULD!!! IMAGINE THAT !!!!!!
Solved! Go to Solution.

Please send me all of your contact details so I can have a Tier 3 agent reach out to you. Clearly there is a problem here but it cannot be diagnosed via the forum. Once I get your info we can then figure out whats going on. Please include a link to this thread too so I have a reference to what the query is regarding.

This problem has not been solved for me. Endless phone calls, forms filled out, waiting for response, tech support using a dialect I can't understand, it has been so long that my subscription to Norton has expired. There is not sense in renewing it, the product does not work as presented. I am still waiting (now two weeks) for support to get back to me. This has been a very bad experience and makes me wonder if the virus protection I have is equally as bad.
