Norton Online Backup

My backup suddenly has Error 2816.  I disabled Windows Firewall, but it still shows the error.  It was working fine, backing up every day.  Nothing new on computer, not near storage limit.  Just suddenly announced this error this morning.

Hello bsinnott,

That specific error code is indicative of a software based firewall still impeding online backup from connecting to the back end. If this matter is still open do you have any other security products installed excluding hardware based firewalls?
