Hi, I started my initial backup using NOBU yesterday. After 5 hours NOBU had scanned all my files (only 3.3 GB) and transferred 20% of these files. Unfortunately I live in an area with unstable internet connections and after those 5 hours my connection died.
I have reconnected now and NOBU has rescreened all my files and has started transferring again and is now on 1%. Please tell me that it hasn't started all over again! If so then I will never be able to upload all my files as the connection is just too unstable.
By the way, the scale in the top right corner of the back up screen still says that 650MB memory has been used so far which was what it said last night (so I am living in hope!).
Please advise

Hi,
usually after a file is completed it is online and you do not upload it again unless you modifiy it (to upload thew new version).
with an unstable connection is a little bit inconvenient to do it again and again, but if it is automatic the client should take care of everything giving you only popups.

Thanks for your quick answer.
I just checked and noticed that the memory usage graph has increased so I'm sure it's just started where it finished last night. To make it worse, tonight the internet is really slow!
