I replaced my harddrive and needed to save my files for transfer to the new hard drive.
I signed up for 25 GB of space. My files represent 9 GB. I have been trying for two days to restore the files. First it continued loading for hours, I shut that down the it seemed to complete on my desktop. The desktop icon is there, but no files. Now I have a message saying that "your backup failed because the total size of the backup is larger than the available space in my account. If How is 9 gb larger than 25? Is it trying to backup three times?

This morning at 8:53 I posted a request for help. It is now six hours later with no response. I am not sure how this is supposed to work, but I have no answer and am very frustrated. I get a message that my restore will not complete because I have insufficient storage. I have 25 gb of storage and 9 gbs of files.. I am using Windows 7 with firebox. I may have done the download using explorer as I do use both.

RT2012,
Please send me a private message, containing the email address you use to login to the service, and I'll have the account checked. Do not post it in this message though for your security. Also when you run the storage calculation option what total does it estimate you have for backup?
Also for future reference if you need immediate assistance its always best to utilize the live chat or phone options available from this link.
