Norton Online Backup

I am getting this when I try to install.  If anyone can help please advise.

"There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A program run as part of the setup did not finish as expected.  Contact your support personnel package"

I suppose you alrady tried to download the installation file again, maybe this is corrupted.

Are you using an administrator user to install it?

Can you try to install it with another user account?
