I have purchased an addtional 5 G of on-line storage. Is that storage available for all machines on my home network? It appears that it is not.
Are all of the computers using the same subscription for their Norton product?

As Dick questioned - did you make your new purchase under the same Norton account that you did with your other online storage space? If no the space won't be pooled since they're two entirely different accounts.
If this is indeed the case you can contact support, https://www.norton.com/chat, and have them refund the purchase under the new account and you can then purchase it under the one with the other space. They cannot move purchases from one Norton account to another though.
