How do you stop this message from popping up. no one can fix it. I have called many times. I was on hold once for over 3 hours. I scheduled several call backs and got no calls all 5 or 6 times. No one calls. I finally got mad and got a case manager on the phone and they did not fix the issue. No one from Norton can stop these pop ups. I already bought a new subscription to NOBU so the old popup is from a prior subscription. Please let me know how to get rid of this pop up. The people that I support or their pc's that I support have this pop up and it is alarming for them. It should not pop up if u buy a new subscription. THis is stupid.
