I too think the online backup is a scam!. Everyone, BEWARE! Do NOT rely on this for backing up your files. My account shows the files are purging for almost 2 months now and I'm not able to retrieve last backup which was performed just prior to the beginning of the file purge. I contacted support only to be told my case was being escalated to their "development team." The only response I get is that I should receive a call back within 48 hours. Then I receive that call via voicemail in a foriegn language....I guess it is some sort of English! It boils down to: no backup files and they have the money I paid for this service. My next stop is the Better Business Bureau so that others will not be scammed into thinking their files are safe.
