I have Norton 360 but an error message has appeared saying "Alert" Backup not completed. Check backup settings. I haven't changed anything, also don't know where settings are.

That message will come up if a backup hasn't been completed in several days. You can right click on the Norton 360 icon to initiate a manual one. You can also open the main Norton 360 client interface and it should have an option to fix any issues it's detected automatically.
If there is more to it please provide more specifics including any error codes that may surface.
