My log shows that a purge is in process. The probelm is, it has been for over a month now resulting in no backup since then. Is there a way to stop the purge so I can get a backup?

Send me a private message containing the email address used to login to the service and the request to cancel your pending purge jobs. Disregard the link provided by the other employee on submitting a request. It is an inappropriate use of that document and will not resolve the type of purge issue you're having.
