My backu was failing for quite a while, so i decided to purge files and do a new backup. First I tried purging the document folder, which failed. Then I selected Office Docs and started purge. This was a month ago and I can't get it to stop. Enen when I used Task manager, it keeps showing "purge". ( did send a messge to support a while back, but never heard from them)

Have the same problem. Tried to remove a film taking a lot of space. Had done it before - usually took couple of minutes. This time Backup got stuck on purging in progress for 2 days now.
Had a long chat with on-line support including supervisor. He could not solve it. Decided it needs to be done from the server and to escalate my case to a proper department. He expected to have an update in 7 days and let me know.
He confirm that they would not need access to my computer for 7 days so ending the chat I press the button that revokes the access privileges. Then the window confirmed that I revoke the privileges and he has no longer access to my computer but also that he is no longer managing the file (?back up? file?).
Is it OK or I am back to square ? Should I expect this update or start again? So far I cannot access the backup menu and scheduled backups are getting missed

after 2 sessions with on-lne support, i'm certain that they have no knowledge of Online Backup and should just give you the number for Online Backup support. If they can't help, send a message to the moderator above. He's very good and very helpful
