That's a connectivity issue between you and the data centers. Nine times out of ten its a momentary issue which will resolve itself. When did the matter first surface and has it persisted beyond one or two backup attempts?

I also have had this problem for the last 4 days on both my desktop and laptop. Are your data centers addressing this problem? If not, let me know and I will switch to another online backup like http://www.justcloud.com/. It is less expensive than yours and more reliable. It is number one of the top 10 available.

There isn't any other maintenance going on. If that issue is still surfacing there is another underlying problem with the account itself. I'll send you some contact details for my team whom will be able to help sort those out.
