I want to remove some backed up files.
But when clicking actions on NOBU I only get download and e-mail link options.
So I looked up how to remove a computer, but that options isn't available either!
I Used N360 to make the backup.
Accessing and restoring is no problem, but removing is not possible.
That way I will run out of room quickly.

Hello W. Faber,
Norton Online Backup can only purge/delete files and sets created with Norton Online Backup. The same applies to Norton 360. The Norton 360 sets show up in Norton Online Backup as a way to restore single files via the web or the entire data set to other Norton Online Backup profiles.
Take a look at this knowledgebase article for details on how to purge/delete files using the Norton 360 interface:
Deleting the backed up files from Secure Online Storage in Norton 360 Version 5.0

How can we remove the computer and/or data set from online backup if we no longer have the N360 client?

Do you intend to reinstall Norton 360? If yes, it will re-sync the backup sets once you have it reinstalled and then you can purge the data set in client or via the Norton drive.

Send me a private message containing your Norton email address and confirm what you want purged from the account. I'll then have engineering look into it. It may require an extra step from you.

I am having the same issue, I have a new computer, and I want to delete everything that is stored online.
I have already purchased more than enough storage, I just need to start over, but I cannot remove any of the online data sets. I have tried and followed all of the online s.

Which product are you using and what specific method did you use in trying to purge past content?
