Norton Online Backup

Trying to restore to a folder on a new computer after the old one crashed.  The message says "server preparing restore" for about an hour now.  No folder showing on desktop.  No display of progress.  How do I know if anything is happening or is this going to go on for days or weeks with nothing happening?

Afterhours hours all I see is preparing to restore restore.

Please see the sticky on how restore works available here and at the top of the forum. You won't see any status change till it's ready to actually download the content.
