I had to replace my hard drive and am trying to restore files backed up online. I re-downloaded Norton Premium -- am using WindowsXP-- I can access my Norton account, obviously, it allowed the download. But it says there are no files to restore! Help! I have read through quite a few posts here, but none seem to quite address this!

Your post is missing the specific online backup product you're using. Can you please elaborate on the specifics?
