Norton Online Backup

Since we signed up for automatic online backup we now have an external hard drive backup and no longer need this. I do not see any option to cancel and not have my credit card automatically charged. I tried the online support but it did not seem to activate. I simply want to cancel only this part of my Norton subscription. I appreciate any helpful replies. Thank you.
