I'm new to this posting thing, so bear with me. I've two questions.
First, when I test the online backup to run (after I've told it what to transfer), it gets to 100% transferred, and just keeps on going. I left it overnight a couple of times with the %age on 100% and in the morning it's still running. Does anyone have any idea what's going on with that?
Secondly, while I was trying to work out what the heck was going on, and why certain things weren't transfering (when I log on I can see some has been transfered), I found the Norton Backup Drive listed under "My Computer." I'm assuming that that is what the computer thinks it has to make a copy of and send away. When I have a look at that, it misses certain folders. No matter how long I leave it, it ignores those files. Have I misunderstood that "Norton Backup Drive" or is there a reason why it's not dealing with all the files I ask it to deal with?

Has there been prior failed backups? That last step its uploading logs and the final portion of the backup. Without a support session to dig through it further its going to be difficult to provide you with useful details to diagnose. It almost sounds like its losing its connection at the tail end of the backup or has an extremely large file to finish uploading.
Norton Drive is another way to restore and purge files. What you see there is what has been successfully backed up. The 100% issue you referenced may be tied together. What specific files are you referencing as missing?
