Norton Online Backup

I'm unable to restore files that I've backed up using the Norton Online Back Up. When trying to restore just one small document file I see the response "restore in progress" and "Server Preparing to Restore". I'm restoring to a Mac.

I'm trying to retore on a Win 7 system and can't get NOBU to go.

Also, how far back do backups go - only the 15 listed on the page?

Hello rssensat,

I've had our engineering team cancel all active restore jobs tied to your account. There are two backups running as of today which were not touched. Please try your restore now.

Make sure once you start it to not stop it. It may take quite a bit of time to run since you have a sizable amount of data and history for it to work through.

Hello ValtitudeCO,

Can you please elaborate as to how you can't get it to go?

NOBU will show the last 90-days worth of backup history if you have that many available for any given computer. If you're only seeing 15 that means there are only 15 data points performed and accessible for restore.
