I am having problems retrieving files from my online backup. When I select a file I get a message saying "File download. Retrieving file, please Wait". And the process seems to stall out. I have been waiting over an hour to get a single file.
I was able to get one file (17mb) successfully a few days ago after several attempts, and two smaller word documents yesterday, but since last night I have not been able to get any of my files to download to my new computer.
I have also tried to download the files to my laptop without success.
I also tried emailing the file links to myself, but that is not working either. It thinks it has let me download the file however, as each attempt at trying to download a file results in one less download available via the emailed links.
I hope there is a solution to this.

Can you send me a private message containing your Norton email address along with a link to this forum post as reference? I will have the account checked to see if the restore is processing or not. Have you also read the sticky on the top of the forum about how restores work?

See my earlier reply please. Follow what I requested and I'll see what I can do to assist. Please be specific as to what restore issue you're seeing.
