If I upload files from the US are they kept in the US or could they be stored in a forign country?

How many different ways are their to back up? Does the method of backing up affect the Country the files are stored in?

Hi Zenwood,

If you are in the US, your files will be stored in the US. It is also possible that your files may also be duplicated on other fileservers throughout the world.

Now, I am not on the IT team so I can't say which facility specifically has NOBU files, but I can say that it is also possible that the files are broken up across multiple servers and perhaps multiple locations (for load balancing, filespace, and security.)

But to answer your question, yes, the files are in the US.
