no computer icon!!!!

I want to retreive my files which have been backing up, but there is no computer icon....

 

what do I do....tried to download the Online backup again and it just sits there and does not download.

 

 

Can someone guide me what to do?

Click windows start button and type in Norton. You should see a list of your Norton products. Right click on Norton Online Backup and select "send to" from the menu and then select  "Desktop (create shortcut)"
