360 Everywhere Download Not Starting on Android Tablet

Have three licenses available on 360 Everywhere. When I click the download button from my Acer tablet using Dolphin browser with pop blocker off, it opens a page that looks like an ad for Mobile Security instead of starting a download (as far as I can tell.)

Am I just missing something, or doing something wrong?

Hi chajohnson.

I am not sure what you are trying to download onto your tablet but it should not be Norton 360 but Norton Mobile Security. The licence covers you for multiple devices but the Android Tablet needs software that is designed to work on an Android Tablet which Norton 360 is not designed to do. So I think you should look harder at the "advert" for Norton Mobile Security and probably download that.

Norton 360 Multi-Device (N360M-D) or previously known Norton 360

Everywhere entitles the user to download and install the latest version

of Norton Mobile Security as Andmike posted earlier.

The version 3.0 of NMS (Norton Mobile Security) from the Google Play

Store will download and install the specific User Interface required for

the device whether it be a mobile phone or tablet, both are fully compatible

with NMS 3.0

Open the Google Play app on your device and search for Norton Mobile

Security Lite, and download and install.

Then start the NMS 3.0 app and swipe thru to the sign in screen and sign

in with your Norton Account details linked to you Norton 360 Multi-Device

product.

If signing in does not activate the full version of NMS 3.0 then select Upgrade

then tap the writing that says I have already purchased the product, this

will check your Norton Account to see if there are any available installs for the

Android protection of NMS 3.0 as part of N360M-D, and if successfull will activate

and show the remaining days of your N360M-D product in the NMS 3.0 UI.

You will then be protected by the latest Android protection from Norton for

your Android device.;-)

Thanks for taking the time to respond AndMike. I guess it just didn't seem very straight forward to me. It took a few times around the block (clicking on multiple links for different products and logging in to multiple accounts) but I think I finally got what I needed installed to pc, laptop, tablet, and phone now. Hopefully they streamline the multi-device process a bit with future iterations for us "old folks" lol. Thanks again.
