Hi,
I bought my Father a Motorola Xoom and a Norton Tablet Security pack from an online store. How does he activate this with the code provided on the card that came with the box? And does he need to have be signed up for a Norton account to do this?
I had a look on the Norton site (https://www-secure.symantec.com) and apart from getting a link to a Norton mobile product there was no reference to Norton Tablet Security....I did have a good look i.e. a good 30 mins searching.
Thanks,

Hi jilz108.
Welcome to the Community.
I don't have a tablet myself so I can only offer limited support on this but I will try and help.
What country are you in? It may be relevant as I don't think Norton are marketing Tablet Security in all countries yet.
I cannot get any result from the link that you posted. However if you are in the US the following link might help:
http://us.norton.com/norton-tablet-security/
Lets know if that does not help.

Thanks Andmike,
I'm in the UK. The URL on the retail bought pack my Father takes him to the link you provide which does not provide to my observation a section to add the activation code..... unless the coupon code section is to be used for typing in the activation code if so then its unclear...... but I doubt this is the correct section.
However looking elsewhere on this forum I noted a link to www.norton.com/nts this takes me to http://www.norton.mobi/nts-download/ and a six step process to install. Which I am pleased to say has worked after phoning my Father. The forum ref is Problems Activating Norton Tablet Security on a 7" Coby Kryos Tablet.
The URL on the Norton retail pack does not take you to my knowledge the correct webpage....an error maybe or am I not seeing the wood for the trees. Sorry Norton great products unclear web navigation on your sites.
Hope this helps others.
Julz108.

Delighted that the problem is solved julz108 and thanks for the feedback, which I will leave the Norton staff to consider.
Good luck to you and your father. ;-)

julz108,
Did you not see the norton.com/nts link on the install card in the NTS package? There are some variants depending on where you purchased it. Dixons for example has that in the URL.
