Does Norton Tablet Security work on devices sold in Canada?

I received a NextBook Premium 7 (Android 2.3 OS) for Xmas and just starting to get to know it. My first tablet. Will use mostly for e-reader functions but want to be sure it is secure. I have been looking at the apps that are available for download and not familiar with the AV app, so thought I would stick with Norton which I have on my desktop and laptop.

Will this work on my tablet? Any issues I should know about that might prevent it from working? I noticed some people had problems with it on other devices.

Welcome to the Community.

I have no personal experience of the NextBook Premium and am not aware of anyone else mentioning it in these forums. This may mean that there have been no problems or just that you are the first to try. ;-)

In theory Norton Tablet Security should work fine on any fully Android tablet. If there are any technical issues then you can always come back here and we will do our best to help. Norton have been very good at sorting out some of the initial niggles that have have appeared (as they will with any new product). You can also rely on their excellent refund arrangements so that if you do buy it and then decide it does not work to your liking or you just don't like it they will give you a full refund. I think the time limit is 60 days which seems very reasonable to me.

So I cannot be certain it will work but I think it should and I cannot see that you have anything to loose from trying it.
