I might be wrong but are you trying to fing the settings on your ICS device to-
Allow installation of non-Market apps. ?
If so on your ICS device go to the following-
Settings- Security- Unknown sources, and tick the box.
This will allow installation of NTS from a apk download from the Symantec Norton
Then go back to the download via the download app on your device or by using
a file explorer app and install the apk file of NTS.
If this resolves the issue with installation of NTS do not forget to go back to settings
and untick the box for Installation of Non-market apps for security reasons. :-)
